About Mr. Patankar Vaibhav
Mr. Vaibhav A. Patankar is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Automobile Engineering at New Institute of Technology, Kolhapur, and also serves as the President of the NIT Institution Innovation Council (IIC). With a strong academic portfolio—PhD (Pursuing), M.Tech (Mechanical), B.E. (Mechanical), and D.A.E.—he brings over 16 years and 4 months of rich academic, industrial, and consultancy experience.
He also works as the Principal Consultant for Two-Wheeler Technical Training, where he has made significant contributions to the skill development of two-wheeler mechanics across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Goa. Through his expert-level training programs and field-oriented guidance, he has helped enhance the technical capabilities of thousands of mechanics, strengthening the service ecosystem in these regions.

- Organises Two Wheeler Mechanic Maha – Melava every after 2 years in Kolhapur for over and above 2000 mechanics.
- Establish five Two wheeler mechanics associations at Kolhapur, Karad, Pune, Hadapsar and Ratnagiri.
- Conducts regular live technical training programs on recent technologies in two wheelers for these associations.
