  • Objective: To develop qualities of leadership, discipline, secular outlook, and service among young students and motivate them to join the armed forces and other nation-building services.

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) at New Institute of Technology, Kolhapur provides students with an excellent opportunity to develop discipline, leadership, and a spirit of service to the nation. Our NCC unit plays a vital role in nurturing responsible citizens with strong character, physical fitness, and commitment to community and nation-building.

The NCC unit at our college actively trains cadets in:

  • Parade and drill

  • Physical fitness and adventure activities

  • Social service and community development

  • Leadership and personality development

  • Awareness about defence and national integration

Our cadets regularly participate in:

  • Independence Day & Republic Day parades

  • Blood donation and tree plantation drives

  • Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

  • Disaster relief and awareness programs

  • NCC Camps (CATC, TSC, RDC, Army Attachment, etc.)
